The paint on the top tube is really bad. The rust has some bubbling. I've done a stop gap treatment on the top tube to keep if from getting worse until I'm ready for a full restore.

This model is so rare I'm going to try to preserve the paint first. However, if that doesn't work or I find another one in nice original condition I will probably rechrome the frame and then have it painted in original color and style.
